Yapper

A Twitch chat overlay for OBS that you make your own. Free, and nothing to install.

Open Yapper
Yapper: “Your chat, your style.” Twitch chat in OBS with 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes, free. Chat messages with name colours, badges, pronoun tags and emotes in a big speech bubble.

Yapper puts your Twitch chat on stream, looking the way you want. Pick a style, change anything you like and watch it live in the preview, then paste one link into OBS.

What it does

  • Emotes from everywhere: Twitch, 7TV, BetterTTV and FrankerFaceZ, including zero-width emotes and FFZ effects like ffzHyper and ffzRainbow.
  • 7TV badges and name paints, animated ones included.
  • Pronouns next to names, from pr.alejo.io.
  • Filters for bots, commands, links, first-time chatters and how long someone has followed.
  • Every look is adjustable: fonts, colours, bubbles, sizes, where messages appear and how they animate in and out.
